Mr. Meador has been providing environmental consulting since 1977.
He has managed more than 4,500 source emissions tests throughout the
United States and Internationally, providing emission evaluations for private
and governmental agencies.  He has taught several classes to clients in
various locations for observing and performing Source Emissions Testing.
  Mr. Meador has directed the source sampling efforts for trial burns,
including those of high-public profile incineration tests at US Department of
Defense facilities under the Chemical Demilitarization Treaty.  His expertise
ranges throughout EPA as well as ASTM and NIOSH test methods, with
numerous involvements in developing specialty sampling methods and
procedures for clients.  He has personally managed source test campaigns
for projects in the United States, Southeast Asia, and Africa.
